How long does shipping take?
Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse typically arrive in 3–5 business days with free shipping. Items shipped from our Taiwan workshop take 7–14 business days, with rates calculated at checkout.

How do I set my tide clock?
Set the tide hand to HIGH TIDE at your local high tide (check any tide table for your coast). From then on it tracks the 12-hour-25-minute tidal cycle automatically. Atlantic coasts track most accurately; Pacific and Gulf tides vary more day to day.
Do the chiming clocks stay quiet at night?
Yes. Our Westminster chime and melody clocks include an automatic night silencer — a light sensor mutes the chime when the room goes dark, so they never wake you.
What batteries do the clocks use?
Most JUSTIME clocks run on standard AA batteries (1–2 for timekeeping; chime and pendulum models use an additional 2–3 for music and motion). We recommend quality alkaline batteries, replaced about once a year.
Are the water-resistant clocks fully waterproof?
They are sealed against steam, splashes, and humidity — ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, boats, and covered patios. They are not designed for submersion or direct, sustained rain.
