The schoolhouse regulator once marked time in train stations, classrooms, and post offices — the quiet authority of public life. JUSTIME's Solid Wood Pendulum honours that tradition: a hardwood case, a true swinging pendulum, and a movement tuned by hand at our workshop in Taiwan.

Solid hardwood throughout.

Each case is milled from a single piece of hardwood — never laminated over MDF or composite board. The grain on the front continues to the side, and the finish ages with the wood rather than peeling away from it.

A dial for every interior.

Choose from three faces: Classic Arabic for clear, modern legibility; Pattern Arabic for period character; or Roman for traditional regulator style. Each dial is printed and finished to the same exacting standard, designed to read clearly from across the room.

The Westminster chime, as it has always sounded.

On the hour, the eight-note Westminster melody — the phrase that has marked the hours since 1793. A dual-melody setting offers a gentler alternative, and a built-in night-silence mode rests the chime between selected hours.

A precision quartz movement.

Between chimes, the movement is silent — no ticking, no second-hand clatter. The pendulum swings as a true mechanical detail, balanced and tuned by hand at our Taiwan workshop before each clock leaves the bench.

JUSTIME has built clocks in Taiwan for nearly five decades. Each piece is assembled by the same workshop, by craftspeople who have worked with our movements for years. It is a slower way of making clocks, and the only way we know.
